The beginning of the end.

Hey, everybody.
And, of course, by everybody, I mean nobody.
But that will change in time. ;]

I’m going write about whatever comes to mind, and eventually I hope to have quite a collection of entries here to look at when I’m an old geezer.

Anyway, about blogging.

I’ve tried it on multiple occasions; I had a blog hosted on a different website, I tried to keep one up on Myspace, and I even resorted to LiveJournal. All fell through, either due to procrastination, busy school years, or lack of ideas. Hopefully – keyword, hopefully – this won’t wither away quite as fast. I do so love WordPress; I used it once before when I was part of a certain online newspaper. Good times.

Anyway, it’s much more easy and pleasant to work with, so if all goes well this blog won’t fall flat.

Another reason I have high expectations is because I’m putting virtually no limit on what I write about.

On the other website, I was too young and too boring to discuss much at all besides video games.

With Myspace – well, Myspace blogging just sucked in general.

With LiveJournal, you’re actually expected to post a pitiful, heart-wrenching, or extremely meaningful entry. Every single time. I got sick of that, not to mention reading all my friends’ sob stories.

Geez louise.

I have a feeling I’m forgetting something, but to heck with it all; I want to go play some Minish Cap, which I recently discovered hidden away in my drawer.
I do love that game.
As a post note, the title to my blog [Summer in the City] DOES have a catchy song to go with it.
I just stuck that line up there because I have yet to come up with something properly witty or fantastic.
Get at it.

    Nice Duke Nukem reference l0l.

WordPress > All those other things, don’t be deceived by anyone who thinks differently.

I can’t believe I had never gone back to read your blog-posts. Huh. It was rather fun.
